Currently, the lowest amount you need to co-own a project based on the available projects is N50,000. However, every project on Partna is unique, therefore the minimum entry amount for some projects may be higher based on available projects. Generally, the minimum number of units you can co-own is One. However, some projects may have a minimum requirement greater than one, be sure to check individual projects and their co-ownership requirements under the “projects tab”
