TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR PARTNA
Partna (the “Website” and “Webapp”) mypartna.ng is a creation of Partna Real Estate Multipurpose cooperative society – a cooperative society registered and licensed under the laws of Nigeria. The projects listed on and by Partna MPCS are only available to and accessible by members of the Partna MPCS.
These terms and conditions of use (‘terms”) regulate access and usage of the Partna website and webapp including all versions and services provided by the mobile and online versions. The terms and conditions of use are the following:
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
At the time a user logs in, connects or uses the website, the User understands and accepts the Terms and Conditions including the Privacy Policy of Partna. The User accepts all applicable laws and regulations regarding the access and connectivity to the Partna website and App. If the User does not accept any of the Terms and Conditions, the User may refuse to access, connect to or use the Partna website or App. The User has the responsibility to comply with all laws, regulations, or any other obligations related to the service. A person who logs in, connects, accesses or uses the Partna website or Application, recognizes that the conditions constitute a binding and enforceable legal agreement between Partna the User.
2. User Requirement
- The real estate Products offered on this platform are for the exclusive use of our members. By registering on our platform, you consent to being an enrolled member of Partna Multi-purpose cooperative society and to abide by our bye-laws.
- You may not utilize our services or take advantage of our opportunities unless you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and competent to enter into a legally binding contract with Partna MPCS.
- You agree to get the necessary authorization to bind a Company, a minor, or any other legal entity to these Terms if you are attempting to take advantage of the co-ownership options featured on this Platform.
- As requested by any registration form on this platform, you agree to give membership registration data that will include information about you and to maintain the accuracy of such data at all times. You also commit to making sure the data and information supplied are true and accurate information.
- As part of our security protocols, you consent to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and not sharing it with outside parties. Should you choose to give or receive a user ID, password, or other piece of Additionally, you acknowledge that once you are approved for access to this Platform and subsequently registered as a member, you cannot transfer that access privilege to another individual.
3. Co-Ownership Terms
- By subscribing to any opportunity that is suitable for your financial circumstances, risk appetite, and risk tolerance, you acknowledge that the possibilities presented on this platform are only invitations to treat After paying the required amount and subscribing to any of the opportunities presented on this site, you will receive an email verifying receipt of your subscription. As an alternative, we might use in-app messaging or the website to publish a confirmation message.
- You acknowledge and accept that by co-owning any real estate listed on this site, you will adhere to the minimum holding period assigned to the properties and that you will not have access to the principal amount you paid during that period.
- You acknowledge and agree that none of the properties in your PARTNA Portfolio are exclusively yours, and that you only have a right to a share of the income they generate and/or the capital gains from their sale. This gives you the right to the economic interest ascribed to the properties, which is paid in accordance with the subscription terms and Certificate of Beneficial Ownership/Purchase.
4. Utilizing our Platform
We grant you free access to our platform. However, we are unable to guarantee that access to the Platform will always be possible or consistent. There are circumstances where you may find it challenging to use the Platform. These circumstances are listed below:
- if at any time you violate this agreement’s provisions as well as the byelaws, privacy statement, and any other operational rules or policies that we might periodically issue on this site.
- You face the possibility of having your platform access canceled, suspended, or terminated if you provide fraudulent registration details.
- When we do routine maintenance or update or upgrade the Platform, you will be informed as needed.
